A little late to the party, but you might take Seward into consideration.
I attended SCC Milford back in the mid 90's and lived in one of the trailer parks just off campus in Milford (yeah, white trash - I know), but I know of SCC students who lived in Seward at the time... it's a bit closer than Lincoln.
You might find a house for rent right in Milford, I had a classmate who lived right at the end of main street.

Well, I talked to a buddy who wants to do the same program I will be doing there and we have pretty much decided on renting a house not too far from memorial stadium. Go big red!

Anytime, always willing to help any way possible!

Also, GO BIG RED!!!!!!!!!!! Close win today, only had 2 heart attacks during the game.

Very impressive win, other than Sean McDougna being a cry baby, haha. Defense really stepped up when they needed to, Green still has a lot of work to do before he can be considered a "good" corner, but he's still young.

I'm annoyed at sports journalists taking the slant that the refs gave the game to the huskers. We are one of the most penalized teams in the nation and we have never been given credit for the refs fucking us over. Sure the replay showed a touchdown, give them 7 points, nobody seems to care that the final point differential was 9 points, nobody credits Nebraska for playing an excellent second half. When we get fucked by refs, we dig our heels in the dirt and make plays and win a game.

    Annoying

ESPN sources say Kenny Bell, wide receiver for Nebraska, has been sentenced to life in prison for attempted murder.

LOL, no. I was at the bar watching it and I fell out of my chair and spilled beer all over myself. That was honestly one of the best hits I've ever seen.

But it was ruled uncessary roughness. But itnis okay to pick up our quarterback and powerbomb him on his head and neck.
