I live in Scottsbluff. No real trails to speak of. It's pretty flat, and all the hilly areas are protected land. Farmers, and ranchers have alreaday made roads any where else. I'm new to off-roading though, so there maybe something out there I'm not aware of.

Aw, okay. The best I found was this: NE National Forest. Not much, but still beautiful. How's the weather up there?

Better then the weather channel predicted. No snow. 30 degrees. No wind. Might get light snow Sunday night, but not much. Warm Christmas week.

And BTW. if you are going to drive three hours from Scottsbluff, you might as well go towards Colorado, or Wyoming. Three hours into Colorado from here, and you are in Estes/Rocky Mountain National Forest.

:goingcrazy: I've been exposed!!!! Still have love for the Tacoma brethren!

Between the members here on TW and the members on the FJC forums, we should be able to get a pretty good turnout with enough time to plan ahead. Maybe even locate somewhere to get the vehicles dirty a bit too.

This is just throwing a date out here... But would anyone object to Sunday March 23rd? Should give enough time for people to plan around and decide on time and location for it.
