Yes, I had the custom cage parts in my Jeep coated at Performance. They do good work, but when I paid they charged my card twice. I get notifications on my phone and saw two. I went to my bank (which is across the street) and verified that in fact, two charges posted to my account. I went back (30 minutes after I left the first time) and they were extremely unhelpful and made it seem like I was bothering them by coming back. Just left a bad taste in my mouth. I probably wouldn't go back.

    Pics of cage:

I’m pretty happy with Toby and Torc. Other than some hiccups in which parts got sent from their supplier they took care of me. I just need to get my fender flares fixed now. A couple of the fasteners got snapped in the bumper install process.

... planning on heading by Village Pointe today and checking out the finally opened road on West Dodge, getting some lunch at the FireBarn (Valley) and watching a bit of the Royals/Yankees 1st game of doubleheader

Did you just say you needed to repair your seat because you do too many right hand turns?

yes, i think that is why my seat is kinda squeaky
all the weight shift to the left over the years may have taken its toll on the inside frame, but i really don't know (just an assumption)

Oh okay, I thought you said using your turn signal causes that.

    ....
this is a bummer about the new custom plates I was looking at
seems they are Organizational and cannot have personal message,
just a random # assigned to them

    ..........

so how about this one with message ... it will be good until 2o22 when plate is retired

    ..............

need to make this truck survive this climate for another 8yrs to be eligible for these lol (30yrs)

what is it gonna take to get the I-80 stretch in 'safe' conditions again (through middle of Omaha)
there are a number of expansion joints that are unsafe to drive at posted limit
i called dept of roads to voice concern and they said they are backed up due to bridge/road repairs in the flooded areas
so that must be more important than the safety of potentially 100s of thousands of travelers on I-80 through town that may be unaware of these horrific spots

Where are the problem areas? 80 through Omaha? I haven't been west of DSM for a while but I will be at some point this summer.

i usually hop on at 60th street ramp west to get off on west L (so usually driving in the right lanes)
worse spot(s) are near 84th and some near 72nd going west
I think the far left lanes (most through traffic) is 0k but is probably getting worse!
80/680 east is closed, looks like they are tearing the whole overpass off with a crane
US75 from 80 through Bellevue is bad but they are 'fixing' it

also might be a few bad spots west by the Baxter Toyota dealer near Harrison exit
