Long time Nebraska native saying hi. Be home in about 7 months once I hang up the military uniform for good. Would be nice to maybe meet some new faces.

ETS from Active Army bout the first week of March. Assuming that I don't take anymore leave in that time and my jacked up unit lets me take the 28 days transitional leave I have left.

Yea me and my ol man where talkin today and we seem to think he is not tuff enough to be a qb at Nebraska. He crumbles when he feels the hit coming. He runs to the outside sees the hit and balls up. First game will tell a lot. Southern Miss is no push over. They where 11-2 last year.

2 days. What's everyone's prediction on the season. My vote is an optimistic 10-2 GO BIG RED

I think Wisco is ours this year, but Sparty is gonna get us... T Magic is getting a lot of preseason praise, pocket presence is better, better throwing motion.... I'd love to see Pelini get rid of his T Magic boner and let one of the younger guys start taking snaps.

I gotta be real I hope for a 10-2 season but I really think we will be either 8-4 or 7-5.

Either way it will be fun. Go Big Red.

I agree, Go Big Red! I'm headed home this weekend, but I don't know if I will be in Lincoln tailgating or out in Grand Island for the Fair.

Where do you see 4-5 losses in the schedule?

MSU is ours, shoelace is gonna be tough, Bucky is ours... UCLA shouldn't be a problem...

Well I think Wisconsin and Ohio State are both losses.

    Northwestern is a toss up.

Michigan and Michigan State will both be losses.

Hope I'm wrong...would love to beat Michigan.

Wisconsin coming to Lincoln with our new unis.. Hope we can win.

I don't see where you come up with this... All 4 have completely unproven offenses this season.
