    ANYONE OUT THERE HAVE A STOCK INTAKE FOR AN 06 TACOMA. THEY MADE MY AFE COOL AIR INTAKE NOT CALI LEGAL AND I NEED TO PASS SMOG.

    I kept my stock one for this exact same reason. BTW, did you even bother to check if the damn thing was legal? FYI, the only aftermarket intake that is legal is the TRD 2nd gen CAI.

    Socal when I bought the AFE in 2009 it was legal, the law changed.

    Neither of the afe intakes were ever legal for the 4.0. If it required removing the secondary filter, then it's not legal.
