It's a lot of work to add new bedbolts. You have to fab something to anchor them too.

Why not use 2 existing bolts like everyone else? For free?

I know but they’re frozen on, impact wrench won’t even, touch them so was thinking to cut them off & install new!

Expose it to heat and cold
soak it with AeroKroil or similar
clean the bolt head and firmly seat a high quality bit into it

    you say impact wrench
do you mean a strong high quality one like IR 2235? with 1000ft lbs of torque connected to 100psi air supply?
    or POS Ryobi

or, if you don't have compressed air, Milwaukee 1/2" M18 with a big battery might work.

you mean i can't just glue on some tiedowns

Where are you planning to make the cut? The bolts are threaded into brackets on the frame. The bolts are long and thin, which is why an impact wrench can be ineffective.

Suggest heating up the bolts and frame brackets from the underside with a torch to break up the rust and loctite, then loosen with a breaker bar. Use care when maneuvering the torch next to the fuel tank :)

    This

Plus start soaking the exposed bolt threads under the frame for all 6 bolts with PB several days in advance. Then heat. And use a big breaker bar with 1/2" drive T55 bit. Loosen, then tighten again, then loosen more, tight, loose etc.

If you go ham with a big impact you will strip out either the bolt head or frame

Don't be a hater. My 1/2" Ryobi impact does 1170 ft/lbs for less money.

EDIT: Also Ryobi Day Sale is on right now.

Try the old fashion impact you hit with a hammer, it has worked for me when nothing else will.
