Hey iamrayzian just a question, I have a set of 17" wheels from xd and I am looking to run a 285/70/17 but am wondering if I am going to rub really bad, did you when you ran these? Did you have to do anything? My wheels are currently 17x9 FYI?

^Sir, I've been eyeing these for awhile and I'm STOKED! However, my pockets aren't. So all you bastards get to take advantage of me spending $$$ and getting rid of crap so quickly!

You'll need to be lifted. If you're at 2.5-3, you'll need to trim the plastic as you'll rub on full turn. Its the nature of it.

However, since you're a 17x9. It would be a lot better as I was a 17x8. I was rubbing and needed to trim much more to get it going. Minor trimming is no big deal as once its done. You don't have to worry and enjoy your new set up.

I think they are a 6" flare and 3" rise. That a good price but too big. I'm going with all Pro's since I'm keeping my mid travel setup for now.

Sorry to bug your post with questions, but I was wondering why a 17x9 would rub less than a 17x8? The 9 is way wider? so would it not be worse? Also I am running at 3" lift, almost 3.5 up front. But the tires I have now are close to touching the UCA?
