I want to replace my OEM steering wheel. I am aware that aftermarket mfgs. cannot sell me an adapter by my year/make/model since it came equipped with an airbag. (that's a non-issue cause this doesn't have an SRS at all)

I think this is 33spline BUT the 3584 adapter from Grant will NOT work.
Does anyone know the actual specifications of the OEM shaft?
    IE: 33 spline .875dia etc....
OR what mfg. or part # will adapt a 3 bolt wheel?
OR what other year/make/model is similar to the '99 Tac.?
OR any help would be appreciated! Thx
