Don’t know if you want to put a bucket inside your truck but this is what I use in my shed. Cheap easy and I like that it resets itself. Has a magnet on the under side so they can walk out to the end before it releases and drops them in. About 4” of pool antifreeze in it.

I’ve tried so many folk remedies for mice and they are all bullshi*. I’ve tried dryer sheets, peppermint oil, oregano oil, moth balls, electronic plug noise. The only things that I have found that work for me is LOTS of glue traps under and around the truck along with a lot of old fashioned traps baited with peanut butter.

I agree. I get Victors at my hardware store 2 for .99 cents.

BS! Mine's a daily driver and I had the fukkers build a nest under my intake manifold and chewed through the knock sensor wires! Just south of $1K to repair.

I’m telling you. Park in a puddle. Maybe an electrified puddle. Or a tiny electric fence perimeter.

Some of those remedies actually work but they are only good for a very short time needing reapplying. I've got this fairly expensive electronic rodent repeller device hooked up in my garage, so far not a mouse has touched my victor traps in two weeks...even the peanut butter is developing a mold on it.

C1E98721-1ED9-4799-97D5-6CCC09052D71.jpg Here’s a start…have had my SR5 two weeks. First thing I did as I live in the woods…gutter screen from Lowe’s. Mice can get through the makeshift screen above the air filter in the cab through the cowl opening. Can’t get through this. Also put it in the intake. I’ve had them in there before. Another trick I picked up stationed in Germany is predator urine. You can get fox or any other mouse predator urine. Small spray in a different area every week or so. Haven’t had an issue. Did this to the wife’s Outback and my old Forester.
