I have a 2019 sport with am OEM tonneau cover and bed mat and I am looking for a ~75 quart ice chest.

I was looking at an ORCA but I don't think it will fit at 18 & 3/8 inches.

Anyone else have any ideas? I was thinking a Grizzly as its made in America, less than 18" high and a lifetime warranty.

    What do you use?

    Thanks!

I have a Gator FX3 with bedmat and I can just barely fit my 40qt. ORCA between the slats. Not sure how the cover compares to OEM though. I assume the 75qt. would be taller.

Yeti is probably your best choice if you have to stay that low.

Just for the beach? I wouldn't spend a ton of money. Any decent 75qt cooler from Target should work. Or for versatility, get two 40qt coolers.

I have a igloo marine cooler for short trips and a Cabelas "yeti" for long trips. If you just are going to the beach for a day then pick up a igloo or Coleman marine cooler for ~$75 and save your money. If you need to keep things cold for days then the rotomolded yeti styles do add some value...they are a waste for short trips imo

I would like to keep things cold for about 3-4 days. It will be opened 20+ times a day.

That is sort of self-defeating. Even the best are going to struggle to keep things cold (ice loss) if it is being opened a lot.

You might want to consider a powered unit? Like Dometic.

I have 3 yeti, get a walmart knockoff. The yeti works great, but not enough difference for the $$. Some of the walmart designs are more user friendly, especially on the bag designs. Like they said opening 20+ times you WILL need to add ice. Don't drain the cold water unless it is too heavy.

Get a wheeled cooler or a cart!!

    Loose nut behind the wheel.
In that case, two smaller coolers might be better than one large. I like Orion coolers but the cost is ridiculous. A Coleman marine will hold ice about as long, with 90% more beer money left over.

They’re actually better than YETI. Lost that lawsuit to YETI, redesigned, and now have a better product. Funny how that worked out

I have two of the smaller YETI coolers from years ago and they work great, but I’d buy an RTIC today if I was getting a bigger cooler because they’re better at a lower price point. You can’t go wrong with any of them tho.

Just don’t be that guy that loads a case of natty in a $200 cooler. It doesn’t taste different cold or warm :D
