Got this a few years ago during a TW group buy. Works and looks awesome, but is bulky and heavy AF. Use it a couple times a year for camping trips and parties.

Something that fits and that you like.
My local dump has a swap shed full of partially use coolers. I have found my needs are generally 24 hour or less cooling or I plan my menus to have less perishables. So I cede to pieces of crap free vs hundreds of dollars for a glamorous foot stool in the trail.

Yeti. I’ll pay a few more bucks for the company that actually invented the technology and created the entire market... which dozens of other companies have since ripped off. But that’s a personal choice. I have bought a couple for fishing and they work great.

I will admit, however, that these coolers have gotten insanely mainstream. If you need to keep beer cold at a tailgate
    ... you don’t need a yeti....

We have a 70 quart "Coleman Coastal Marine Extreme" - it measures about 17 and a half inches high. I was looking at roto-molded coolers and somehow this traditional sheet formed thing comes up in the comparisons. I ordered this (online) thru Walmart last August for $44. Pretty sure they have went up to about $64 now, but still a good buy. It is the same size as the colored ones in Walmart, but is all white, has stainless steel hinges, and has different insulation. Lowes had a similar 100 quart model in stock, but I needed something in a 70 quart size. It's not a rotomolded cooler, but keeps ice like one.

Is this just for a day trip or a weekend? We went on a three day weekend with ours in April, packed ice in the cooler at the house Thursday night, came back with ice Sunday afternoon.

I've never owned Grizzly products but it seems like you're not worried about price if that's the direction you are thinking of heading in. Last summer I purchased the yeti 65, and I haven't once thought that it wasn't worth the money. I have heard Grizzly makes awesome stuff too. I don't think you can go wrong.

I have had some friends buy the RTIC stuff and some of it shows up looking great some of it shows up with defects. This goes for their coolers I've had buddies order, as well as their ramblers. The rambler lids don't fit snug or the twist cap on a bottle breaks if you actually try to tighten it so it doesn't leak in your bag etc. This has happened enough actually that I will not order a thing from RTIC. I think it says a lot about a company when they ship stuff out to customers without some kind of quality standard and control.

Like I said I don't think you can go wrong with Grizzly or Yeti especially from the standpoint that you will never have to buy it again.

    Hope that helps.

    Nice get up!
See page 2 for my hog hunt pics from a few weeks ago. I'll be loading up the coolers and headed to OK or TX later this summer. Gotta keep the numbers down

    Blizzard,
I did a lot of research on this as I wanted a quality rotomolded cooler that was cheaper than the yeti. It came down to Grizzly and Fatboy. I went with Fatboy and could not be happier, they offer a wide range of sizes and so far it's proven to be quality for what I need....plus, you just can't beat that name:
