Need a housemate, Kenmore/Bothell, Garage space w/tools!

Throwing this out there, hope it's ok. I'm looking for a housemate to split the rent on the house I live in on top of Finn Hill/Kenmore/Bothell. Of particular note, I have a comprehensive set of tools available (with air compressor) and garage parking. $1,200/mo, master bedroom is available for immediate move-in.

The owner who I used to live with is a gear head, and it'd be awesome to have another housemate who likes to work on stuff.

Jesus....1200 bucks? Can I split the room with like 2 other people? Lol

 

It's high if you think about it from an apartment mindset, but remember:

-House
-Garage Parking
-A yard
-One housemate, not an apartment building full of noisy people.
-Large deck
-Pets allowed

A garage unit at an apartment complex will typically run you $125-225/mo, depending on the area.

 

Just signed a lease for $1,625 for 850 sqft further north.... It's stupid here lol. Allllmost thought about selling motorcycle and just forgoing a garage to save $.
