need a lift...

    I have a 2007 Tacoma 2wd pre-runner sport. im looking for a lift with 33" tires and dont want to spend a lot. any opinions? maybe a 4" or 5".
    possibility to do a 3" with spacer in the front. please help

    many people have this kit on this site. i'd search around for pics. I'm actually running half of this kit (OME 884 coils up front along with ome shocks, and 5100s in the rear), and it handles really well. It's not recommended that you add lift spacers to these though.

    Yeah lots of people seem to be happy with the 5100s... Im going to be ordering up a set pretty soon here:)

    Why have a non-functional hood scoop?

    Seems some think the lift enhances the look, similar to how many of the (moslty) younger posters would crawl over glass with bare knees for a scooped hood.

    ...the eye of the beholder...

    Added clearance, looks, or just because they feel like it....pick one, pick all, no wrong answers. 2wd's can do a fair share of wheeling too.
