    I just bought a 2000 yz426 and the bike is amazing! I love the power and it was a great used buy. Im going to be looking for a new CRF 450 soon though. I feel you bought a good first bike OP. Enjoy.

    yea i really wanted a four stroke, but didnt feel like driving down to L.A. to look at the few in my price range, congrats on your bike

    im really enjoying mine just tooling around out in the desert building up some confidence.

    also if i had seen RAD's bike for sale i probably would have jumped on it but i guess i missed it in my searching

    If your a beginner you don't want a big race bike like a CRF450. You want to start out with a nice trail bike and then when you don't have enough power with that anymore, move up to the bigger faster bikes.
