I have looked all over the internet for ideas on quick disconnect sway bar setups for our trucks and haven't really seen anything that I like. So my question is could it be as simple as removing the nut where the factory sway bar link connects to the sway bar, then drilling a hole for a pin? Or what about disassembling one of the ball joints and running a bolt with a pin? The only hang up I could see is the interference fit when you tighten the ball joint down. Let me know what i'm not seeing here? Also I don't want to remove my sway bar completely because of the highway driving I do.
