I have used SafeLite a few times, new windshields for 4Runners and Tacoma. If you are concerned about trade in value, or selling in the future,
always insist on "dealer glass", meaning that it says "Toyota" on left bottom corner. Insist with the insurance company, or to SafeLite.
Also, try to make sure that the repair/replacement does not go to CarFax. Any listing on CarFax is not good, they will not take it off, and can cost
$$ value at trade in time or selling. Pay the difference for Toyota glass, unless planning on keeping it long term.

A lot of times calibration is merely a recommendation. You're supposed to have it done but often times you can get away without it. Either way, Safelite does have the ability to recalibrate the sensors and will do so.
