Why not just make what you want? There are several really good boat building/repair youtube channels that can show you how to work with fiberglass (I'm trying to think of the channel with the red headed dude with the pony tail- he knows his stuff and explains it really well). Either find a window off a damaged shell and make it work or make your own. If it's likely to get broken into then you may not want to make it expensive to fix (again) or so sturdy that it damages the surrounding shell if someone does bust into it; note: I'm obviously not in San Diego so don't know if your vehicles are really being broken into as often as the news is reporting, it's just something to consider.

Side note, it looks like you have the flip down supports on the shell but do you have the pieces for the front of the truck (I've seen ones that mount between the hood and fender and also ones that mounted on the fender)? The torsion bars in the Flippacs are also known for breaking (there's a company that is or was making replacement torsion bars but make sure that the fiberglass around the hinges is in good shape (they're known for getting water intrusion and rotting at the hing plates). The tent looks to be in good shape in the picture. They're a cool product, definitely ahead of the game, and it looks good on your truck- ready to hit the mountains!
