Need a sanity check on wheel/tire selection

TL;DR: going from 18" OEM rims to 17" TRD Pro, what needs to happen?

Thinking about going to get these 4Runner "SEMA" TRD Pro wheels for my '23 Limited.

From what I understand from searching on this forums/web I need to account for the change in rim size with a change in aspect. In this case, going from 265/60/r18 to 265/65/r17 looks very close in terms of tire circumference

The offset on these tires is going from +30 to +4. No issues on brakes here?

Is there anything that needs to be done to account for going from 7.5" wheel width to 7"?

Is there anything else I need to account for/change on the truck?

Is this close enough to leave speedometer/odometer alone?

I have 265/65-17s on 8 inch wide, zero offset. Plenty of clearance. Same size as 265/60-18 I took off. IMG_0227.png

FWIW everyone says limited wheels are +30 but they are not. The 5 spoke, 18 inch limited wheel is +25.

Tire size difference won't affect anything, but the different offset "may potential" rub.

Awesome, thanks for the info Rusty66, good to see the application on another Limited. I definitely have seen it as +30 on several sites.

Your ‘23 has different wheels, I’m not 100% sure of those but I am sure about the five spoke 18x7.5’s.

265/65/R17 is the stock tire size on the 2016 - 2023 Sport.

Ran SEMA TRD Pro wheels with that tire size for several years on my 2019 Sport and 2020 Sport without speedometer/odometer issues. Don't see it causing any for you either.
