Need a small part brought from San Diego to Los Angeles

I know I always try this TW express, but it's because you guys are so helpful and easier than trying to get people to ship. There is a dude in San Diego giving away a bumper piece for the 4Runner I just bought. I can't find this piece anywhere, and he told me I can have it for free but he won't ship it. He said he's in the Claremont Mesa area, is anyone heading up towards la soon from SD?

 

I can get it from Claremont Mesa to Camp Pendleton and could meet you at the North side, just off base. Around the San Onofre gate.
