Hey guys. I started tearing down the front end of my '02 Tacoma. While removing the radiator and condenser, for replacement I snapped this bolt off inside the condenser and I need a replacement now. I'm used to a motorcycle parts fiche, literally every nut and bolt has a part #.

I stole this photo from someone else's post. Ignore the circle. The bolt I need is being pointed at with the yellow arrow.

Anyone, please? I'll add ya to my Christmas card list. :)

Sorry, been working on it all day, it's not like you guys can tell from one small shot. (opps).

It goes from the AC condenser on the passenger side of the truck through the hose that goes into it.

If it just is a mounting bolt you can just zip tie it to the bracket until you get the bolt. Best option is the dealer.

I'm guessing it'll have to be from the dealer. Definitely not a mounting bolt. This holds the hose and housing tightly into the condenser, gases flow through this area. It has to be air tight.

Oh okay, yeh the refrigerant is gone then. Yes thats a specialty bolt, probably with an O ring. An A/C shop may have it since the system needs to be purged and recharged.

Yeah. I planned on that. Hit a deer. Front end is/was all punched in. Removing busted parts and getting new stuff ordered and installed. New condenser, radiator, the works. System will need a full recharge once I'm done but that bolt will be required to finish and seal everything up fully.

According to the Toyota part diagram it is just a mounting bolt, the refrigerant looks to flow through the aluminum piece there and its sealed with a O-ring so you could probably get away using any M6 bolt from the hardware store. Never the less the Toyota part number is 90119-06674 its only a dollar on toyotapartsdeal. Good luck with your project

The arrow is the connector with an O ring, probably green, and like I said since the A/C shop has to do work might have them replace the parts.

Around $26,000 worth of unleaded in the fuel tank.
I had that same bolt break on a Honda. I think I just rethreaded it. It does need to hold pressure, so zip ties, hot glue and duct tape are no go.
