Bilstein 5100 shocks with Eibach springs. 3" of lift. I'd say that's what 70-80% of people on here are running (including myself). Those that aren't using that setup are doing Bilstein 5100's with stock springs or OME shocks and springs....coke vs. pepsi there

FYI, do a search for it via the search bar...that's probably the #1 question asked on TW

3" lift EIBACH coils w/ 5100's front, OME/ Dakar leaf springs w/ toytec adjustable shackles at 1.5" and 5125's out back. 33x10.5x15 KM2's Relentless DIY steel bumper.
Toooo many options to list, but ^^^ this is a good lift to look into. It's what I have and love it. For the rear new leaf springs like OME DAKARS are a great option, but again there are many other options. I'm sure you'll find tons of great info.

You will not regret it. Toyota's come stock with Bilstein shocks, but the Bilstein 5100 is waaaay better quality than the OME ones. The ride is better, the function is better, AND you get 3" of lift from them. There are absolutely 0 cons with them. They're adjustable, so you can have stock height or a lift. If you choose to use your stock springs, you'll need to adjust the shock to the 2.5" level. I went with Eibach springs, so I left my shocks at 0". Both options will give you the 3" lift, but the Eibach springs make for a better ride.

Lastly, for the rear, the best way to do it is to simply add a leaf spring (AAL). I went with Toytec, but rear isn't nearly as important as the front, unless you haul a lot or have people riding in your bed a lot lol. I've had 0 probs with Toytec's. Some people go ahead and replace the entire rear springs, but you can AAL for like $80 and the difference isn't noticeable at all.

As far as the OME lifts, I hear they're great, too, but have no experience with them. Stay away from spacer lifts from now on. The cheapest and best-quality lift is a shock replacement.
