    Ok. Just for reference: Buddy of mine had a Tacoma SR 4x4. We had a typical Ohio Winter. It ate that shit up like it was nothin. Big reason why I just got a Tacoma Sport 4x4. I think a Pro or a Sport would do you well.

    Thank you everyone for the responses. I appreciate your time. It really helps us new Tacoma owners or rather new to upgrading our Tacoma’s. This forum has a lot of very useful information and people willing to offer your opinions. I especially appreciate it when people make me think, do I “need” it or just “want” it.

    I've had minor stock issues only 3 or 4 times

    All TRD Pro parts
    I upgraded from OR to Pro suspension. The difference is very noticeable. Best of both worlds, IMO.

    OR suspension is supposed to be soft compared to the others. If you are doing lots of corrugated roads, I'd think bigger shocks (or remote reservoir) would be a good idea as they will have more capacity for heat. You also might want a stiffer leaf pack.
