I like my Festool vacs but they might be a little pricey for the usage you are looking at.

Negative. They SHOULD suck, but sadly, the most basic task at which they should excel at, most don't. Best advice I could give for a vehicle vacuum would be to buy a shop vac. Get a small 1 gallon pos, that plugs into the wall for power. If you need more "portability ", get a longer hose. Thr battery powered ones are junk. One from that Swedish dude are also junk. If your vacuum dims the lights when you turn it on, NOW YOU HAVE POWWA!

And quit trying to sound intellectual. Alot of us have witnessed you trying to pick up a thrown out snickers bar in a gutter.

I prefer old school vacuum tube tvs as targets, but I could do vacuum cleaners in a pinch.

No money, all went to truck...
I'll throw in my 2 cents.

If you can afford a good cordless vacuum (maybe one that fits your tool batteries you already have) you will vacuum way more often because it is convenient.

It’s meant to be hooked up to any Festool tool, also fits my Dewalt miter saw. I was sanding inside with it, captures over 90% of the dust.

Only advice I can give is make sure she likes your Family and is above the line on the crazy/hot matrix....

Joking aside, I use shop vac at home and if mobile I've had good luck with the. QYHY Car Vacuum (Amazon high rated). I am sure that it is sold under 100 different names. Some Chinese thing but still has worked well. (It is corded)

    This is perfect for Cheerios.

Here's the thing about Cheerios. The hole in the middle defeats vacuums. I've proven this time and time again by picking up a 10 pound bowling ball with a 4HP vac using a 1.75 Dia. Hose. This does not work with a .3 gram 3/8 Dia. Cheerio. It will not work. Ever.

    BUT THERE IS HOPE!

    Here's the secret:

First, find all the whole Cheerios and use the butt of your 4D maglight to pulverize them into the carpet and upholstery. Then, and only then, will a $2,578.49 Czech dust collector retrieve them from the nether regions of your vehicles interior.

Yep, that's what I did. I have a bunch of the Craftsman 20v tools and batteries to boot. So i picked up the small 2 gallon wet / dry vacuum that uses the same batteries. Its quite handy for cleaning the inside of the truck and has very decent suction power (definitely way more power than those little hand held "dust buster" type vacuums). And it came with all sorts of on board attachments.
