So, im just gonna leave this here:

Evidently Fat Bobs doesnt like the fact that i used personal experience to explain why my experience with their shocks sucked. They up and decided to call me...

    Oh boy, that was fun...

They asked about my shocks, i told them they were terribad and pitched them for a OME kit. They asked if I kept them, and I re-iterated I pitched them in the garbage.
They asked how they rode, and I was honest. Good at first, then awful.
They asked about my tire problem, and tried to pass it as an alignment issue. LR UCA's, (0 toe, 0.2 camber *crowned roads here*, and +2.1 caster...), says otherwise. Perhaps balance... Nope, road force'd and rotated religiously.

Evidently they have a lifetime warrenty... They said my shocks were covered. That would be awesome, but I'd rather move up in the world, and have good parts that are proven from the get go. Evidently My shocks were part of their "initial startup" or some such. They weren't their new adjustable shocks. I cant speak from experience from the new ones, but my old ones, were straight awful

They rode decent at first, then degraded, and died. From Initial purchase (nov 10') they lasted decently. I got a solid year out of them, before the ride went to all sorts of hell.

Also, I call shens on LAYTERZ. IDK who he is, but he sounds like one of those shills that leaves "fantastic feedback" on yelp for companies they're associated with...

WOW, they called you based on what you posted earlier in this thread? That seems a little creepy.

Thanks for posting this. Good information.

Maybe LAYTERZ will pop back in here for his 2nd post to show off his truck with the FB shocks on it.

Isn't Fat Bob's Garage located in Ogden, UT? It must be a coincidence that LAYTERZ shows his location as Ogden UT too.

Superwinch LP8500 with custom "behind bumper" mount. Winch solenoid relocation with in cab winch control. 33x12x15 Duratracs. Aisin manual hub swap.

Seems like they have decent customer service to me. Calling to see what the problem was and then offering new coilovers.

I would give them a try but looking on ebay they want $250 to ship to Canada.

So I went for it. I ordered the Fat Bobs coilovers with LR UCAs and Fox rear shocks with 2" rear blocks.
I'll try and post some pics when I get it installed.
    Total cost was $1200.

Here is a picture of the Fat Bobs coilovers I've been running since last September. Still in great shape and no problems.

I can assure you I don't work for Fat Bobs in any way, shape, or form. Of course I went to Fat Bobs cause I live in Ogden. Would'nt you go to your LOCAL offroad store to see what they have to offer. I had nothing to lose by trying this product. It has been well worth the money.

Cool. I haven't seen their adjustable series ones before. How do they feel? Are the welds and threads quality? what coils did they come with?

I was told they're similar to Eibachs.

    Ok guys, lift is on.
    I love it.
I set the coilovers to 3" of lift

Fat Bob's was great in helping me decide what options to go with too.
It rides great. A little bit stiffer than stock but the ride is perfect.
I went with the Fox shock option for the rear, which probably helps.

    Here's a few pictures.

No doubt! I have a Ford Raptor also and the Fox shocks on it are amazing! I love that truck, but I had to get another Taco because they are the best compact trucks you can by!

Preferably a side, or front profile on a DCLB. I want the truck to sit level.

I know this is 1st gen part of the forum. But it looks like these are on a 2nd gen. If so how are they holding up for 500 I'm thinking about purchasing these soon

They have been great. I took the truck to Moab and it performed flawlessly.
I did end up having to get the upper ball joints warrantied on the Light racing upper control arms though. They started clunking like mad.
I guess they had a flaw during production.

I sold the truck and bought a new Chevy. So I can't speak to how well they are still holding up. But they worked great while I had it.
