I'm looking to do a lift on my 2015 SR5 4x4 LB. I've been doing some research and It seems I'd be roughly looking for the 1.75 in front and 1" or 1.5 in rear. I dont want a reverse rake(rear end down). Maybe a slightly less rake than it is stock.

I do want the small lift but I also want the truck to have stiffer rear leafs for towing/ heavy loads and I want the truck to ride alot better over rough surfaces. As of now to cross over railroad tracks for instance I have to slow waaaaay down while a family sedan just goes right over them. If I hit a pothole is feels like I'm gonna fly off the road. I dont want to make the handling any worse either.

I'd like to spend 2k or less including installation. I realize that may be a mid point where I need to either spend alot more or I might not benefit in spending more than 1000. I want to do this once and right. I dont see myself wanting to add more lift than this and the tires are already one size up from stock(265 75's)Unless the truck somehow grows 2 more cylinders i dont want to go with a larger lift or more tire.

How much towing/hauling do you do? Off the top of my head I would just do an AAL in the rear and put some air bags as the stock rear leafs aren't too sturdy and most HD leaf packs unless you custom order will provide a lot more lift than you are wanting. In the front something like Bilstein 5100s or OME shocks with an 885 spring would be good. Also rear shocks a Billie 5100 or OME nitrocharger. This is going to be a decent set up for your wants. You can go higher end and better but out comes the wallet. Especially if part of your budget is having a shop install.

I'm going to quote a post I wrote a while ago on this subject, while it might not specifically answer your question, it should give you some food for thought. The math might look a little fuzzy but bear with me. Additionally, it would be wise to keep in the back of your mind what your intentions are with your rig. Tow/Haul vrs camp/crawl, pavement princess vrs dirty dancer.
