seller maybe figures that the right person looking for an ORANGE truck is gonna come along someday and be interested in dealing
but yeah 20k is rich for a 4cyl i think

Don't know. I ran both with a 2001, limited v6 and 100k. I left whatever default options they came up with, the difference was about a grand.

I'd expect small variations. If I have 10 appraisers on the same property I expect 10 different but similar results.

99.⁹99999999% of sellers I deal with over value their stuff. It's always the best, super rare, and massively in demand. The numbers generally don't match up to expectations. About 80% will take information and adjust their expectations and end up selling
The other 20% call me in a few months to either tell me they listed at their price and never sold, or listed higher, did price reductions for months and finally sold for less than they would have if priced correctly from the start.

Ive been surprised exactly twice, and had low appraisals maybe 3 times in 14 years. Math, it always works :)

*note* all % are pulled out of my butt :)

Here's the most expensive Taco that I've ever seen posted anywhere. This is funny.
