Need advice on whether to buy

    So I might be buying this tonight but want some opinions. My younger sister needs a car for the next few years while she's commuting to work and school, and I've been meaning to buy her something reliable. Was bored browsing craigslist and found this deal on a 4runner that is really good. Only problem is that she's not into trucks or big cars, and would rather have an accord or lexus GS, something in the 6-7k range. This is such a steal though and I feel like she would like it more once she actually drives it. I will pull the bull bar from the front, take the roof rack off, and throw on some OEM Toyota 18 inch limited wheels I have from when I bought my tacoma. Would look really nice and classy.

    Do you think this is a good deal? Guy is totally firm on price. I'm thinking if I buy it and she ends up not liking it, I can easily sell it and break even. 3800+plates and registration will put me around $4300 which I am sure I can get around $4500 for this.
