My 04 Tacoma headlights will not illuminate when switch is turned to on position but the daytime running lights work fine and headlights light up when stalk switch is pulled into the flash position. The fuses and relays checked good and I replaced the stalk switch. Any troubleshooting advice would be appreciated.

Do the High beams work if you set the lights on High?

Update: Problem resolved. I ended up replacing the Body ECU (fuse/junction-block assembly).
