I was gifted a pair of Infinity 6022si. Would these make a difference on my sound? If they are cheap speakers I will just leave it. Plenty of videos on replacing the door speakers and it does not look hard to do.
I own a 2019 SR. I changed the head unit so I have GPS and that was not hard to install. I know the doors have clips so I may need to purchase some of those.

They’re not anything fancy, but they have a few things going for them

they’re extremely sensitive, meaning they play loud with less power. That’s good because radios don’t have much power. What radio did you put in? If it’s a big brand (pioneer, kenwood, alpine, etc) then tossing these speakers in will be worth it. If it was something cheap (boss, power akoustic, planet audio, etc) then don’t expect good sound no matter what speaker you put in.

expect to lose some bass on the low end because these are only 6.5” speakers compared to the factory 6x9, and they are a heavier material and thicker voice coil which needs more power to push.
