    Hello everyone,
I have a 2017 TRD Off RD Auto. I am having issues getting the alignment correct. I've completed 3 Alignments with poor results. I was told there is play in the rack or the rack bushings are damaged. The truck has a set (x4) Bilsteins set at the lowest setting due to RoughCountry 3" lift (front) and 2" in the rear with air bags. The Rack is a nightmare to remove due to the Lower Control Arms and the cross member drop. I am the second owner and all this work (Lift Only) has been done prior to me purchasing the truck.

The price quoted for a new rack/Install is in the thousands. I'm concerned I am going down the rabbit hole. Any and all Help would be grateful.

    I apologize,
The truck is wandering at highway speeds, it appears there is a flat spot when turning, and vibration at all speeds (In seeing wheel and in the drivers/passenger seats). I have the East Coast Spider Gear replacement (Not installed yet). There is a lot of play when checking for a bad wheel hub/balljoint, and there is movement in the rack bushing (Left Side). All-wheel hubs have been replaced, new tires, balanced twice, and countless alignments. The rack bolts are tight. I am at a loss.

These trucks wander really bad with low caster numbers, could be part of the issue. Post up a pic of your alignment specs. The rack bushings in these trucks are weak and there are poly bushings you can replace them with (could help . The ECGS bushing can help a ton with vibrations, I did mine a couple weeks ago and made a big difference. Vibration felt in the seats could be driveline vibration and I think you may have a couple issues you are dealing with.

Agree, upper arms like SPC Arms will add caster and reduce bump steer and tracking on highway.

I always max caster out on lifts. Spacer lifts put a lot of bad angles on the suspension so you kinda have to live with it.

If you look at your tie rods you'll see they are pointed down rather than level with the ground, this is less than ideal and there is no remedy.
