Need an answer. 33s on stock suspension

    Am i going to have problems mounting 33s on stock suspension.
    ill be getting a lift later down the road just wanna know if i can do the tires now

    3" lift, 33's; had to remove the mud flaps, do a CMC, flatten the pinch weld and cut some plastic near where the mudflaps mount. More you flex the more you will have to cut..

    Wow! Great looking rig. I've gotta say I've had a three inch with 33's on mine for years and haven't done any of that with ZERO rubbing or issues.

    Depends on the 33s. 255/85-16s on stock wheels will minimize the problems with rubbing. 285s on the other hand require different backspacing and will rub much worse.

    The way I see it...If you put on a 3" lift and then compress the front suspension 3" off road, you're in the same boat. If it rubs stock, it will rub off road when compressed. Put the tires on and make it not rub stock and you'll be fine off road.
