I found this pic with no information on it. I have searched for months for the perfect balance Tacoma for me & now of course no info. I'm sure this is a 6 inch lift with Mickey's but was wondering if anybody can pin point exactly what everything is. Much appreciated & I salute you Tacoma lovers & I thank you!

2.5 inch lift, 285/75r16s, upgraded stereo system, Magnuson mp90 supercharger system.
How’s it going? I think you might wanna change your title, don’t quote me on this but I’m pretty sure a HELP post is reserved for people that need actual help like they are stranded or something like that.

I'd imagine the lift is a 6 inch fabtech lift. Can't help on the wheels.

Correct. Help is reserved for when you're stuck or are in a real jam trying to fix something on the truck. Please update the title.

Lol, I didn't think I was writing it in the sand. Figured it would get some people's attention though to figure this out for me. I have spent countless hours reading, looking, & dreaming of what hopefully I'll have here in a few months.

Thanks, it looks like some wider but smaller tires. They really work for me! Maybe some 325/60R18's. It seems like you don't have to worry about rubbing with wider tires having a 6 inch lift.

I'm definitely getting one of those. Those bull bars just belong on the Tacoma. I'm still puzzled about the wheel & tire setup. I'm worried as shit I won't get the right combo & size. I'm picky ass he'll. I haven't seen any other setup that looks quite like this one.

Keep in mind those Bull bars are generally for looks and to put lights on. Some say they do more damage when hit than having nothing at all. That said, my dad has one on his Ford and loves the look, but the most dirt his truck sees is hunting trails. Doesn’t rock crawl or anything. I like the looks but haven’t added one because I like the high clearance of the taco bumpers. Don’t like anything hanging below em

Looks like a Hawaii truck, just barely see the license plate but I can see the top of the rainbow on it. I’ll send that picture to some local IG’s and see if anybody knows the owner and can get info for you. Definitely a 6” fabtech, but those wheels and tires look absolutely stuffed under there. Bare minimum a cmc and even then I think he’s got some clearance issues. My 17x9s wrapped in 285/75 definitely look smaller than that setup and even I have rubbing issues at full lock, but that’s with no cmc.

Thanks for the response. I've noticed that it seems to be a Hawaii thing. Found a lot of versions from there. I personally love it if you can pull it off. You have to balance it out just right or it looks weird & goofy. That's why I wanted to figure this setup out so bad. I've found some look a like rims but center cap sticks out on the only ones I can find. Pro Comp & you can probably no longer get the other ones. I've got on tiresize.com to play with the tire & rim look. I just can't figure out if it's 33x12.50r17's,18's,or what. I know the kind of tires will greatly impact on how it will look. I'm very passionate about getting this truck & building it so thanks again for yalls response & figuring this out. Greatly appreciated!!!

Lol, you not digging this look either Bannerman? I noticed a lot of people bashing over this look on other threads. Taste will always differ & change.

Nothing in that photo is functional. Bull bar is just a damage multiplier, will completely disable the truck in even a minor front impact when it pushes in the radiator. That huge drop bracket lift is just for looks. And those 20” wheels are terrible OffRoad.

    Keep it functional.

I hear ya! I like to hear honest answers. I've changed my mind a thousand times on what I'm gunna do. Back and forth between looks & everyday use. I hope I've got my damn mind made up by then. I'm between that & this build. I'm totally knew to this truck & only drove one twice. Love it but hope I don't make any mistakes with changes.

The only mistake you could make that is not reversible is the huge drop bracket lift in the first picture of the thread. But as long as you are happy with it, it's your truck after all.
