I have a 2017 V6 that the radiator fan only runs if the a/c is on. If the a/c is off, the truck will overheat in stop and go traffic. I purchased a new relay, but I can't tell on the fuse box diagram under the hood, which 1 controls the radiator fan. I searched diagrams online for an hour, no help. Anybody know?

Your truck has to have some sort of aftermarket setup as the factory fan is belt driven not electric.

there was a TSB to add a small electric fan to trucks that were suffering low A/C performance at idle. if this is the case, it is simply for that,,, not to cool the engine/radiator. The large belt driven fan is.
As @shakerhood mentioned, if you don't have a large belt driven fan, then previous owner did some henky riggin'

Add pics of your front and rear of radiator.

It is viscous clutch fan. There is no electrical circuit to control it. It probably goes bad or the t-stat
