Need bed rack help! Tiregate..

I have ordered a PR Tiregate from Wilco.

Have a RTT. Trying to figure out how high my rack would have to be to clear the tiregate flipped into the bed of the truck. Better for city driving.

I know it is dependent on the size of tire, but I'm looking for a ballpark. Do I need a full-size rack on my truck for the tent or can I get away with a half so I can clear underground parking?

The rack I was looking at is about 9" from the top of the bed of the truck but I don't know if that's enough to clear the gate with tire.

I have a short box.
