Need Body Lift help problems with

    Need help i have 2001 toyota tacoma 2wd prerunner 4 door sr5 and l

    looking to purchase a 2 inch body lift. All the kits i've looked at 1995-2000

    fit and all the 2001-2002 are for 4wd only. will the 95-00 fit? since its only

    bolts and spacers and one year apart?

    help is greatly appreciated

    NO body lifts!!!!!! They are complete crap!

    IMO i wouldnt get the body lift they can cause trouble i would get the bilstiens, but im sure the 4x4 kit will fit. if you can e-mail the company and find out

    Oh and to let you know Tacoma World is extremely against; Body lifts, Spacers, and Street Racing. I don't think you will get a helpful answer here.

    they are dangerous the body can come off the frame in an accident

    not only that do you really want a 20,000$ truck riding on 100$ of cheap plastic??

    the most i would get is the Toytec 1" body lift any more and its gonna make me :puke:

    some have had cases of the spacers punching throught the body

    Engage Offroad long travel front and rear with some fat tires.
    the 4x4 kit should fit on your prerunner... they are the same platform and setup...

    any particular reason for wanting to go so high on your truck?

    6ft 2 and people in town keep doin the same thing to there tacomas so no one can really tell my truck apart anymore.plus it will sell alot quicker where i live since its a bunch of rednecks.

    3-inch body lift, 6-inch fabtech lift, 17-inch procomp black alloys wrapped in bfg 37s. trd v-6.
    should fit just fine. i two would send them and email just to make sure though.
