Got T-boned back in February. Insurance isn’t covering it, anyone know a good body shop, not looking for cheap work but reasonably priced would be nice. Looking for quotes mainly.

Looks like you've become tired of getting in and out of the truck from the passenger side if in the last four months you have been driving the truck. Actually, drive to your local collision center and get an estimate. Don't rely on Yelp ratings or on-line blogs for recommendations. Go to the Toyota dealer and get a physical inspection and quote.

Haven’t been driving it very much mainly because I can’t go in and out of the driver side. I’ve driven to actual places to get quotes just seeing if anyone in this thread knows of any places or people. Expanding my horizons and what not.

A few additions to make me feel cool.
I would start by looking for a replacement cab.

Too many trucks and mods to list.. check builds
the cost to rebuild all that will be... immense. seems the frame looks straight.. i would second finding a new cab (but you will need the title to the cab you buy to be legal. the vin follows the cabs on passenger vehicles )

To fix that you will need a new inner and out rocker and probably a floor. I would talk to some shops about a cab replacement in Colorado repair shops can replace the cab without changing the vin on the truck. But for it's age repairing it would be costly.

I’ve gotten quotes from 1,500 - 6,000 not too immense. But maybe we have different definitions on what immense means

If you get into trying to repair that cab, I bet you gain some perspective of what the word immense means. LOL…
I can’t imagine any decent shop or person who knows what they are doing would undergo trying to repair that opposed to a cab swap. Cab mounts have to be tweaked, needs a whole floor pan, rocker and I suspect cab side (which is not a thing). Keep in mind the integrity you enjoyed from the last collision. Doubtful that “repaired” cab would hold up as well if it were to happen again.

some shops will just pull the stuff straight and make it "look" pretty. structurally. that thing needs ALOT of parts replaced. you can straighten all the metal you want. but the damage is done to the cabin. unless the photos make it look worse than it is, damage like that would of totaled the truck when it was only a couple years old

replacement cab would be wayyy cheaper than the amount of work needed to straighten that.
