Need confirmation on correct wiper switch for 2012 RC

2015 AC 2.7L 5-spd 4x4 Utility Package

So apparently the 2nd gen switch installed in a 2012 has the speeds backwards, is this the only option? Anyone know what Toyota changed from 2011 to 2012...

I need to order my switch asap and would love to have it the regular way but can live with it reversed if needed.
