Can anyone recommend a good, portable dog ramp that works well with an '08 Taco PreRunner? Most of the ones I've seen are pretty steep, so I'm wondering if anyone else has tried one.

Also, I have just installed an ARE Z top :D but I can no longer use the cleats to restrain the dogs with. I want to keep them near the front of the bed, so as to not allow them to tear the window screens out. I use harnesses on them, so I wanted to use like a bull ring, or D-ring on the front trac to secure them with. I've seen the plastic Toyota eye-rings, but I don't put a lot of trust in those, and man are they pricey! Does anyone make any accessories that work with Toyota bed-rail system? Or, even if I could find the square nuts, I could possibly make something.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
