Need fog light help

    99 tacoma SR5 w/ 3rz-fe
    I was wondering where to route the wires that connect to the fog lights. I was also wondering how to mount the yellow wire and the white wire to the power source. And last off I was wondering if the kc day lighters are driving lights or fog lights. Answers to any of these questions will help. Thanks
