Was sitting in the driveway while my truck was idling, when i got back in the AC lights on the dash wouldn't light up bor would it blow cold air. Also I couldn't put the truck in reverse without pushing the override by the gear shift in. Also, whenever i override it, the tail lights aren't getting any power to them for reverse lights. Almost like a sensor or fuse has went bad causing it to not get signal to any of it. Ive checked some of the fuses but am unsure what could be my problem to try and diagnose. Anybody have any idea what could have tripped or went bad? Tried removing the battery cables to reset but still nothing.

Here is a link to the electrical diagrams.

Check the fuses using a meter or test light. You cannot tell reliably just by sight.

As for the shifting issue I would check that the brake lights come on when the pedal is depressed. If not then the shift lock will not disengage. Check the IG1 Fuse.

As for the AC panel I would check the IG1 Fuse and the IG1 NO2 Fuse. Both are 10 ampere fuses.

**** NOTE: The IG1 Fuse would also effect the shift locking solenoid!!!!
