Hi there guys i was trying to find this part number for my truck. I believe it is the Condenser to dehydrator ac line. a part number would be sick so i can get my ac back. this line has broke. I also tried to order this part. the site had the exact part I needed and the picture looked like my part so I ordered it and just got it and it is the wrong part and it looks like itll fit the newer year 1st gens and not my year.

need my ac asap because it is too hottt after working in the sun.

It might be 88840-35080. This part number is only for 1995-1996 Tacoma's.

They did send you one for a later model 1st gen.
See if it threads on and bolts up.
You can carefully bend the aluminum
Lines to get them to line up properly
    Carefully bend!!
    It should work for you.

Also some of the condensers have a 2” piece of pipe that the later models do not have if yours is removable you may need to remove it and then attach the new line where that 2 inch piece of pipe came out of the condenser going to the filter/dryer

I believe the part is called "PIPE, COOLER REFRIGERANT LIQUID, A"

For 95-97 There are 2 part numbers listed:
    88716-04190
    88716-04100

04190 image searches typically show the longer bent pipe
04100 image searches show a lot of different pipes

You really can't trust the images, even when it's on a dealer website

I did randomly find this eBay listing that looks like your part, but they also list a bunch of different part numbers on the listing.

are u talking about this piece with the nut? my hose line snapped inside the threads and i think the rest of the broken hose is in there with an o-ring. compared it to my new one that i just got and the new one has a oring which i believe pushes into that threaded part. any insight on how to get the broken end out. i dont want to tinker with it and end up breaking something thats why so any insight would be much appreciated. heres a picture of what i mean.

    Oh yikes.
If you can get a pick in there to at least the o ring out I would do that.
If the opening is obstructed too much. You might have to replace the condenser.

    88840-35080 (Comes W/Bracket)
Image is similar too 88716-04103 but slightly different
It’s the direct replacement for 88716-04100
This new design prevents the hose from breaking.
I also replaced the other line that connects to the dehydrator. 88716-04120
I coughed up some cash and ordered them next day from the dealership.
