Is it still setting P035x codes?
I'd get rid of that "performance" junk and put stock coils and plugs in it.

The humming sound is normal, that's the throttle body. The hum is because the motor is PWM controlled.

Yes and sorry for the delay y'all.
I forgot to mention that I put long tube headers on and a guy @ the walmart acc where I work said he forgot to tune a hemi after long tube headers and he had misfires. The long tube headers were dumping to.much fuel. I had them on for 2 weeks then this happened.

So like I said I put the new coil packs on and plugs, it wants to start but it's not making connection, but my coworker, and a former trucking coworker, BOTH said... IT NEEDS A TUNE, I HAVE TO TUNE IT.
What's a good tuner for our trucks? I will be doing other upgrades later on.
    Thanks
    Brian

The humming sound was not present before all those happened.

A tune wont fix P035x codes.
You have have a failure to confirm ignition.
You need to check the IGF circuit.

That’s nonsense. You don’t need a tune for long tube headers. And if anything they would cause a leaner fuel mix, not rich. A good tune would be beneficial but definitely not what’s causing your trouble
