hey guys just a few questions about this swap, i got a complete rear end and i plan on just swapping them and i would like to keep it as close to factory as i can.
im planning on just buying the oem switch and putting it in the spot in the dash.
i would like to have the light come on in the cluster showing that the locker is engauged, but im not sure how to do that.. iv seen that toyota has left wiring plugs in the dash, can i use one of these?
Do i have to run my own harness to the rear end?
I would really like to keep this as sleek as possible, iv also read up that i need to buy a trd off road ecu, what would i need that for?

Any help/advise would be awesome and pics!! thanks in advance

all I can say is that there is a lot more to it then just plug and play. it's all run through the ecu and body control module with relays and fuses under the dash and in the engine bay.

Aren't the gear ratios different on the E locker Diff vs the sport? So when in 4wheel drive will it spin the front wheels at the same rate as the rear?

Ya I'm thinking I'm just going to have to get a 7 way trailer harness and make my own I just want to make the indicator light come on in the cluster so I gotta figure that one out
