Need help finding a fender flare for my dad's truck

My dad has a 1999 Toyota Tacoma extra cab and had both of his rear fender flares stolen. He has replaced one already but still needs another. He's retired and doesn't have internet or cell phone and has asked me to locate one for him. It is Imperial Jade Mica color for the driver side rear fender. Can someone help me find one for him please? He is located in NE Texas and I'm in NW Arkansas. Any direction to an already painted fender flare will help tremendously! This is my first time on this site. I expect I'll be helping him more in the future and could use your help. One day I hope to own this truck. He keeps it in amazing shape. Thanks for your help!

 

I don't see why he doesn't use insurance?

Comprehensive at $0 deductible means new flares, painted, with nothing out of pocket.
