i recently got a 1999 tacoma and have been trying to figure out why the heater doesnt work. turns out that the cable that connects the temp dial in the dash to the blend door is just completely missing.

i have been looking for hours and cannot find any info whatsoever on where to get a replacement. it seems like most of these trucks had an electronic blend door actuator which is quite confusing because mine clearly had a cable at some point,
if anyone knows the part number or any other way to fix this it would be extremely appreciated.
