I was changing oil when I noticed very little oil coming out of of the oil tank. I began swapping out spark plugs and noticed a large amount of oil around the seal of engine wear head gasket is next to the dip stick. Some of the oil had a gloss to it so i suspect it’s fresh. Is it possible that I am burning/leaking oil do to head gasket? Based on the images I have posted would you say I need to swap my head gaskets?

I also have to replace my coolant every 3 weeks and the inside of the reservoir is coated with black gunk as seen in photos. Could this be related to head gasket or is this a separate issue.

Please refer to images. I would really appreciate the help
