Need help identifying hardware necessary to attach impact bar reinforcement in 3rd Gen Tacoma

Hey there guys I am in the process of putting my truck back together and I noticed that I seem to have misplaced the hardware necessary for the impact bar reinforcement. Could someone please tell me what hardware is necessary to reattach this piece. I found a diagram showing the part, but the diagram doesn't really show the hardware needed to attach the reinforcement back to the impact bar and the wheel liner. I've attached a photo of the part in question . I've tried researching and from this video by trail grid pro I see that the impact bar reinforcement is attached to the impact bar with a black screw and it looks like there is an orange screw that attaches the other end of the bar to the wheel liner.

 

I’ll have to look. Just removed mine for a new bumper and may still have the bolts.
