The light is probably part of an alarm/remote start system.
Not sure about the other device, where is the cord going?

    Possibly a generic pedal commander?
Anythings a guess pretty much unless we know what it's tied into.

I tried tracing the wire path and it went up and wrapped around the steering column and then I couldn't really follow it anymore. I'll have to do some digging and see what I can figure out. It doesnt turn on so I have not much to go on. Thanks though!

My guess is some type of alarm. There might be a dead button battery under the little door.

THANK YOU! Thats exactly what it is, I went back and was able to find the plug, goes right in the sensor and fired up.

Now just that LED I need to figure out.

The LED is almost certainly part of an aftermarket or dealer installed alarm or remote start system, alot of them get taken out because they cause issues so the rest of it may or may not still be there. They typically aren't too hard to find (just follow the shitty wiring job to the module).
