I have had a problem with a short since I bought the truck.
I tracked it to the cluster possibly.
I Dont want to pay for a new/used one for it not to be the problem.
Can someone local help by me swaping the clusters between mine and your?
I can get it done in 5min or less.
This short takes out my radio, keyless entry, airbags, and my interior light all of which I am going crazy w/o especially my radio.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
My cluster part # is 83800-04d10

I will pay (not much) for someone to just sit back as I do all the work.
All I need is to swap some stuff, if they r the right part # to see which component is bad.
I'll put everything back the way is was.

Not too many people down there, I know because I used to live there- try the Tampa area thread, the guys are great and might be able to help and it's just 1h away :)

Does it blow the fuse (I guess), why don't you unplug the cluster, put in a new fuse, and drive it like that for a little, if the fuse is still ok, plug the cluster in and see if it blows...if that's the case you have it kinda isolated :notsure:

it doesnt blow any fuses, it just turns the air bag light on and turns some stuff off.
