Bull-Bar, PIAA 520 amber fogs, PIAA 520 white driving lights, ToyTec 600lb coilovers & AAL w/ Bilstein 5100's all around, differential drop, Borla 409 w/ custom cat-back duals, K&N air intake, A.R.E. cap w/ Yakima rack & safari rack, roof-mount for spare tire, and a Thule box for my skis when the damn cap-lock freezes up in the winter.
I went with the ToyTec 'ultimate Tacoma lift' kit. I'll post a few pics of stock, and a few pics of the way it sits now with the kit. I didn't measure the height from the wheel hub to the fender before, but I'd say it's around 2.5" higher. 600lb coils over 5100 adjustables in the front w/ a diff drop, and AAL in the rear w/ 5100 extended. You can also take the overload spring and flip it to curve upwards in the factory leaf pack, then use the AAL then the rest of the factory leafs. My truck sits basically level now. Like I said, I never took any measurements before or after.

The first 3 pics are stock height.

The next 4 are with the lift.

My truck is an '04 TRD xtra cab 4x4, so I figured with you having an '03, some pics of basically the same truck would help out.

The truck had 140k on it with the factory suspension. Even though the TRD's come equipped with Bilstein's, they were definitely worn out. I could fully bottom out the rear shocks with my hands with very little effort. The ride quality is 100 times better with the new system, and I don't really do any real hardcore off-roading with it, so I left the controls arms alone and didn't go with any other major upgrades than what the kit came with. In a couple weeks I'll have a set of Nitto Terra Grapplers in a 285/75 for my stock wheels. Might have to do some minor trimming, but nothing major. I'm happy with the setup, and for the $$ I think it's a good system.
